Belize has officially gained approval to export shrimp to Taiwan, marking a major milestone for its aquaculture sector. After a two-year process including rigorous inspections and documentation, twelve Belizean facilities are now certified to ship shrimp to the lucrative Taiwanese market, with exports starting July 30, 2025.
